Captain America (2018 9th Series) #13C was published in October 2019 and belongs to the modern Captain America series written by Ta-Nehisi Coates, with art by Jason Masters and Sean Izaakse. The cover was created by Emanuela Lupacchino.
The story begins the “The Legend of Steve” arc, where Steve Rogers is on the run from the law and being pursued by Nick Fury. He joins forces with the mysterious Daughters of Liberty, and together they begin fighting against the powerful Power Elite and its dangerous agents. Their first step is investigating the organization THEM at the border alongside White Tiger.
