Shipping Methods and Prices

Delivery is provided through Slovak Post. For selected countries, delivery may also be available through Packeta/Zásielkovňa, but only in countries where this service is available.

The shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination country and are displayed during the ordering process.

The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process according to the selected delivery country.

Estimated Delivery Times

Slovakia:
2–5 business days

Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria:
3–7 business days

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Croatia:
4–8 business days

Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden:
5–10 business days

Switzerland, Iceland, Monaco, San Marino:
5–10 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates and may be extended during periods of increased shipment volumes, public holidays, or due to circumstances on the carrier's side.

Customs and VAT

For deliveries to countries within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import VAT apply to the shipments.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, particularly Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, and San Marino, the recipient may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, or other local charges in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Such charges are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Restrictions

The maximum weight and dimensions of shipments are subject to the conditions of the selected carrier.

Certain types of goods may be subject to import restrictions in the destination country. The Buyer is responsible for verifying any applicable import restrictions in the destination country.

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to failure to meet import requirements or for reasons attributable to the Buyer, the Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the shipment.

Claims and Returns from Abroad

The right to withdraw from the contract and the right to make a claim also apply to customers from abroad.

The Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning goods when exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.

In the case of a justified claim, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for reasonable costs of returning the claimed goods, generally up to the amount of the cheapest commonly available shipping method.
