The story takes place in St. Canard, where Darkwing Duck, “the terror that flaps in the night,” bravely protects the city from crime. This time he faces a major threat: the huge criminal Taurus Bulba, who plans to steal the mysterious and dangerous weapon known as the Ramrod from a heavily guarded train. Darkwing has only one chance to stop the plan, and he is aided, and sometimes complicated, by his unmistakable sidekick Launchpad McQuack.
