Description
Incredible Hulk #435 (November 1995) is a giant-sized issue featuring the story “The Unnatural,” in which Hulk, as Bob Danner, plays baseball for the Florida Pistols. Betty Ross paints his skin black to hide his identity, and Hulk quickly wins over fans who call him “The Mighty Bob.” The team wins every game until they face a team that includes Rampaging Rhino, leading to a dramatic clash between two giants. Hulk wins the battle but is ultimately fired.
The issue also includes additional stories such as “What Savage Beast starring Hulk” and a promo for the upcoming “Savage Hulk” special. The cover was drawn by Gary Frank (pencils) and Al Milgrom (inks), with a script by Peter David and art by Chris Renaud.
The comic is in VF (Very Fine) condition, meaning it is in very good shape with negligible signs of use that do not affect its visual or text quality. It is a solid choice for both collectors and readers. Customers should always verify the condition using the actual photos of the copy.
